American Express
American Express provide the ideal range of cards for people who like
to be rewarded. In recent years American Express has introduced a range
of cards aimed at rewarding everyday spending. Whether you want
cashback on every purchase you make, supermarket reward points, miles
to spend on holidays or donate to charity American Express has a card
for you.
Nectar
is the reward scheme for Sainsbury's, Debenhams, BP and many other
partners. The Nectar Credit Card is a great way to increase your Nectar
balance. Apply now and if you're accepted you will get a bonus of 1000
Nectar points after your first purchase. You earn one Nectar point per
pound spent in your everyday spending and two Nectar points per pound
in Nectar retailers (this is in addition to the Nectar points you would
get anyway, so £1 spent in Sainsbury's would total 4 points).
As well as money off your shopping Nectar rewards can be exchanged for
days out at various attractions throughout the UK, household goods,
flights, rail travel and accommodation. Nectar points may also be
donated to charity.
American
Express RED is part of a range of products by various manufacturers
designed to contribute to the Global Fund to raise money to tackle
poverty and AIDS in Africa. Other companies involved in Product RED
include Apple, Gap and Motorola. The American Express card donates a
minimum of 1% of your total spend to the Global Fund, if you spend over
£5,000 in a year this increases to 1.25%. Now you can help
good causes without any extra expense to yourself.

you fly frequently on British Airways or one of its oneworld partner
airlines then this is the card for you. There's two BA Amex cards to

people, it gives you one mile per £1 spent, gives you 3000

first three months. The blue BA Credit Card has no annual fee.
For
higher spenders the black BA Premium Plus Card is worth a look, it has
a £120 annual fee but gives you a 60000 mile bonus, 1.5 miles
